You will discuss and agree on what support you want from your consultant via phone call or e-mail before starting.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, Go Cardless or Paypal. You will be invoiced for payment before enrolment or consultation and this should be paid to confirm the appointment/service.
You are required to pay for appointments, which are missed or cancelled, with less than 48 hours notice, if part of a package, the percentage will be charged.
However, please let your consultant or our admin team know with at least 48 hours notice if you do need to cancel an appointment. You can do this by emailing info@nutimealbox.com
It is confidential that you are a client of Nutri Meal Box and what you discuss in your sessions. There are, however, some limits and exceptions to confidentiality. If your consultant has serious concerns about your safety or the safety of another person, normal confidentiality may be lifted. You will be asked to provide your GP’s contact details, as someone they may contact.
Your consultant is required to keep brief notes about the focus of your work.
Your consultant may need to work with your support team and/or suggest a referral to another professional on your approval. Information about you will be discussed between professionals securely to support. Your consultant will ask for your informed consent to share information and ask if there is anything that you want to remain confidential.
Working on Skype, Zoom, Phone & FaceTime It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection for all Skype, Zoom and FaceTime sessions. You will be charged for scheduled sessions if your consultant is waiting for your call, but you are unable to connect online.
We will call you for any phone sessions to a UK landline or mobile number.
